Arrrrooooooooooo!

Hey, there!  It’s me, Herbie.  I used to be the only Short-Leg living here with my family.  Now I’m sharing the love with a new little girl named Ruby.  She’s cute.  And she doesn’t get to share my walks with Mom and Dad yet, so that makes me happy.  I guess I’ll be happy when she’s big enough to go along.  She seems smart enough so far.  Leave a comment!  We’re always happy to see you, and we have the wiggling butts to prove it.

  1. Awe – I love you two!
I have bookmarked your site and look forward to watching your adventures!
If I get lucky, someday I will get a Corgi of my own some day!

    You make me smile!

I found a link from a picture of Ruby on Cute Overload. I am definitely bookmarking this page! I love Pembroke Welsh Corgis!! I want one really badly but my current landlord doesn’t allow pets. When I buy my own house next year, one of the first “accessories” I plan to get is a corgi. 🙂 I have to agree with the other poster… you two definitely make me smile.

I’ve always loved Corgis and could never get enough of them! I’m so glad Herbie and Ruby are on here, so I can get as much Corgi cuteness as possible!

Sweet Corgis! I have one too – a 4 year old whirlwind named Biscuit! Can’t wait to see what else yours get in to!

My boyfriend and I are so glad we found your site! Definitely cheers us up on bad day. All the best to your whole family 🙂

Decided to visit from CuteOverload. Two such cuties is almost too much to bear in one sitting!! Those eyes! Those ears! And poor little Ruby in an e-collar; I’ll be watching for updates

I got my low-rider dog second hand when the mean neighbors moved away and left him. Now, I’m borderline obsessed. I work at an animal hospital and when any of our corgi regulars come in, I know them by name.

My friends are taking their new dobie pup to this doctor that apparently has an issue with Corgis. WTF? How could anyone not love an animal that’s as cute going as it is coming?

Hi there, I couldn’t help but notice how well trained your dogs are. We’ve got a 6 year old Pem by the name of Max and would love some tips or a point in the right direction.

Hi, Herbie and Ruby! I love your blog. I have to tell you that I also am owned by two Corgis, Devo and his little sister Ruby. And Devo is also a handsome redheaded tri-color, like Herbie! Ruby and Devo are almost fourteen and fifteen, so our tennis ball chasing is v-e-r-y slow but it is still fun. I’m so glad that your Whippet friend has returned – that sounds pretty scary.

  11. I love reading about your adventures, Herbie! They make me smile and remind me of my little fellows at home. 🙂

My FB Corgi network just posted your video “How to Speak Corgi?”. Excellent footage! I have to ask you where you got Herbie from? His white markings on his face are identical in shape to my 5 year old PWC Cooper. I got him from South Haven Farm in Millers Tavern, VA. Anyway, just curious! Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the link love! He’s older and wiser than he was when we made that video–but still funny and very verbal. He is from a private farm in Silver Lake, Indiana. I don’t believe they breed anymore.

I have been attempting to find a e-mail link for Herbie and Ruby, the famous Corgi couple from “How to Talk Like a Corgi” and “Two Short Dogs” fame. Would you be able to direct me? I tell you, this fan stalking thing is hard. How do the puparatzi do it?
